Why do I see “Aveanna” and “Premier” on my accounts and paperwork now?
In 2018, Premier Healthcare Services joined the Aveanna Healthcare family of companies to become Aveanna Healthcare Support Services. In 2022, Accredited joined this growing company. As part of the integration process, you may see the names Aveanna, Premier and Accredited on your paystubs and accounts, however it is all the same company now.

How do I get my W-2 forms?
ADP will mail your W-2 forms by 1/31/2023. If you need to update your mailing address, please contact your branch office by calling 800.974.1234 ext. 596 or e-mailing ars@aveanna.com
You can also access your W-2 forms online through the ADP portal. Please note you will have two (2) W-2 forms for 2022. You will receive an Accredited W-2 form for January 1, 2022 – October 31, 2022, AND an Aveanna (Premier) W-2 form for November 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022.
For your Accredited W-2 form go to https://workforcenow.adp.com/ and use you Accredited ADP User ID and Password.
For your Aveanna W-2 form go to https://workforcenow.adp.com/ and use your Aveanna ADP User ID and Password. If you need to set up your Aveanna ADP account, follow the instructions here.

Why will I receive two (2) W-2 forms from ADP?
For 2022 ONLY, you will receive two W-2 Forms because Accredited transitioned to Aveanna Healthcare (Premier). During this process, ADP services were transitioned from Accredited to Aveanna (Premier) after October 2022. This means you will receive an Accredited W-2 form for January 1, 2022 – October 31, 2022, from ADP AND an Aveanna (Premier) W-2 form for November 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022 from ADP.
ADP will separately mail both W-2 forms by 1/31/2023.

Do clients/families need to approve care provider punches in order for the care provider to be paid?
Starting March 1, 2023, in order for the care provider to receive payment, clients/families will be required to sign-off on their care provider’s punches through the AveannaCare web portal or app. Please see this guide for step-by-step instructions on signing-off care provider’s punches.
