How soon can I get my W-2?

  • Paper W-2s will be mailed on or before January 20, 2025.
  • Electronic W-2s will be posted to the Workday Portal by January 15, 2025.

How can I get a copy of a prior year’s W-2?

  • All prior year Aveanna W-2s are available in Workday.
  • If you are needing a prior year W-2 for an acquired business, please email payroll@aveanna.com

What do I do if I do not receive my W-2?

  • If you have not received your W-2 by the end of January and are unable to access it via Workday, please contact payroll@aveanna.com

Can I go online and print my W-2?

Yes, any time after January 15, 2025.

To access, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in through the portal (not the app) at www.myworkday.com/psahealthcare/
  2. Click the Pay Icon
  3. Click on My Tax Documents
