I was looking for something new and different, and a good friend of mine was a hospice nurse. My friend encouraged me to apply because she felt like my personality matched what a good hospice nurse looked like. I'm so glad that I took the leap and became a hospice nurse because I absolutely love it!
I’m honored to assist my patients and their families on this new journey as their loved one transitions from life. Though it may be a difficult journey, I get the opportunity to answer their unknown questions, hold their hands, and let them know they are not alone.
