- The categories of personal information that Aveanna collects about Job Applicants, Contractors, and Employees that reside in California; and
- The business or commercial purpose(s) for which Aveanna uses the categories of personal information.
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular Job Applicant, Contractor or Employee of Aveanna that resides in California.
